| Orders with multiple items may be shipped separately, from more than one order fulfillment center. This is to ensure that your order arrives as soon as possible. No extra shipping or handling charges will be applied. All returns will be coordinated through our San Marcos, Texas facility. All returns must be made within 30 days of receipt and require an authorization. |

Usually, products ship the same day if ordered by 2:00PM(CST), or by the next business day if your order is received after this time and for orders received on Saturday, Sunday or any major holiday. However, there may be times when the product you have ordered is out-of-stock which will delay fulfilling your order. We will keep you informed of any products that you have ordered that are out-of-stock and unavailable for immediate shipment. You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipping. |

| The SpaCircuits.com "Part Request Form" and any other technical assistance is offered as a courtesy to our customers. Purchaser takes full responsibility for determining the parts they will purchase, parts compatibility issues and
for any and all installation fees
including those resulting from incompatibility issues. Spa Circuits
will make every reasonable effort to assist the purchaser make the
compatibility decision but the full and final responsibility belongs to
the purchaser. Incorrect parts may be returned for a refund (minus restocking fee), within 30 days with an RMA. |

We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship for 30 days from the date of purchase. Fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to you will also be accepted for return 30 days from the date of purchase. Circuit boards that have been UNWRAPPED are non-returnable, except in the case of defect, warranty work or if we accidentally ship the incorrect item.
All product Warranties and Warranty work are covered by the manufacturer.
Purchaser takes full responsibility for parts compatibility issues and for any and all installation fees
including those resulting from incompatibility issues. Spa Circuits
will make every reasonable effort to assist the purchaser make the
compatibility decision but the full and final responsibility belongs to
the purchaser.
All products returned must be authorized with an RMA - contact sales@spacircuits.com for information on obtaining an RMA. Items returned that are not defective must be in working order and in sellable condition. These items will be subject to a minimum 25% restocking fee and must be sent by pre-paid postage. RMA numbers are only valid for 30 days and will not be honored after 30 days. All restocking and cancellation fees will be applied before any applicable credit is considered. All returns require a copy of the original invoice, documentation regarding the reason for the return and an RMA number on the outside of the package.
When you receive your package(s) please inspect the contents and notify us immediately of any damage during shipment. You may contact us at sales@spacircuits.com - please include the invoice number and any pictures (if possible) of the damaged merchandise.
We DO NOT refund any shipping charges. |

| Shipping Time -- Most orders received before 2:00PM (CST) will ship the same day, provided the product ordered is in stock. Most orders received after 2:00PM (CST) will ship the next business day. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday, except by prior arrangement.
We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by SpaCircuits.com or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability. Any FREE SHIPPING offer applies only to the ground shipping method chosen by SpaCircuits.com at the time of sale. Any request for other methods of shipping will result in extra charges to the customer. FREE SHIPPING applies only to orders within the Contiguous US. Extra shipping charges apply to Canada, Hawaii and Alaska.
We DO NOT refund any shipping charges. |

If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Our Store shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price |
